indifferent 11 Days to Go and Counting!!!

Yet despite it only 1.06pm here. I got all my jobs this morning done. Now I'm bored. So I headed to the library so I can use the internet, since I don't have any credit for the net at home so I can update my Journal. Just over 11 days to I start trying to quit smoking again. I'm starting to cut back slowly so when it comes to QUIT Day I be more ready for it, than I was last time.

sad Depressed and lonely!

I can't believe this I was doing so well with quitting. Until I went to visit my neighbour. Yes the one who smokes. I asked if I can just have one ciggerate, instead he gave me 10! I don't really know why I asked. Maybe because I'm depressed. I haven't heard from my husband for over a week now. I'm so missing hearing his voice. Also doesn't help I don't hear from my stepmum for ages. She my major support despite she lives in another state. I'm just getting very lonely and only thing keep me company is my dog and 2 cats. I don't know if it was that I wasn't ready or I got no energy to do anything. Lately all I want to do is stay in bed and sleep.

For the last few days I been sleeping through my cravings. Today the first day I been awake and had so far 2 lots of cravings. Didn't help when I went visit my neighbour smokes. I didn't even asked for one.Which amazed me big time because he normally gives me one. i'm just taking one day at a time!
