This is day four. I feel great and find myself not really craving a cig but, when I am doing something that I would normally smoke during or after I miss it. I find myself haveing to distract myself and think of something. Allthough hard it is working so far. This weekend will be the real test. Thakfully it will be raining so I will be inside (I never smoked in my house).
