I was doing so well with not smoking. I lasted 52 days without lightening up. I had little cravings for ciggie yesterday. It didn't help I forgot to put a patch on today when I had an appointment and walking past everyone smokes. So before my appointment I went to the shops and brought a packet. Which I regret it. Big time!!!!!

So far since I quit smoking I only had 5 ciggies since I quit 38 days ago. To me that is pretty good. I been pretty depressed due to have to being on bed rest due to my swollen foot. I have an op in couple weeks for my shoulder, another one for to remove wisdom teeth, another for colonscopy and 6 months time on my foot. It seemed to me this year been operation other operation. Can't wait till this year over done with.

Can't believe it nearly 2 weeks ago since I quit. I don't normally make it last no longer than 2 days or until I get paid then I go and buy  smokes. I finding I'm coughing less, don't get tired going to the shops and back like I used to. I feel better..Most days I don't even need a nap during the day anymore. Even my MS symptons aren't playing up anymore.

I'm so proud of myself Can't believe it been 11 days since I had a last smoke. I"m even now can visit people who smoke and don't even ask for one. Which makes me so proud of myself.

I haven't had a smoke for 24 hours now. At the moment I'm on 24 hour patch. Which helps alot. Even though I got stress from my neighbour with the abuse when you have to walk pass his place to go anywhere. Mum treating my husband like he not human. I hope I can get through this stress without lightening up.
