sad Starting again...

I went on holiday, and decided because I was on holiday, holiday also applied to me giving up giving up...chuffed like a chimney and ended up feeling ill because of it... so starting again...

I have had some growly moments, thats true...If I speak out loud that this is what is happening...that I really really want a fag and I am having withdrawals, then it is understood by my loved ones what is happening, and at the same time im not internalising the suffering, which makes it worse for me, also once I have voiced it, it just makes things easier..  I have been doing more with my hands and started making a quilt and doing some gardening to keep busy...and doing stuff I enjoy as to puffing away on a fag which makes me sick and smell bad ...really changes the way I look at the world.

happier this morning...even tho I had a wee tiff with my husband, didnt rush out for a fag...my mouth is starting to feel cleaner and not so fluffy...
rejoined the Gym and am rewarding myself with workouts that are fun...such as Zumba last night and Body Combat Monday night...Healthy food and snacks...I really want to reward the not smoking with positive things....

Tierd, but feeling a bit happier..I have the odd occassion of thinking 'oh ill just pop out for a quick fag' and remember thats not there to do anymore...

tough at the moment...I just hate everything...I am going to have a baked potato in the hope it helps me improve my mood
